Gerardo Maximo V. Francisco

is a founding partner of Mata-Perez, Tamayo & Francisco. He is a member of the Philippine bar (1996) and the New York State bar (2004). Gary specializes and actively works and advises on a broad range of corporate, tax, and regulatory matters and has counseled local and multinational companies.

Apart from his particular distinction in handling and steering transactions and finding creative solutions to client’s legal problems, Gary has notable expertise and extensive experience in litigation and labor and employment matters.

Gary has superb analytical and communication skills. He counsels on a broad range of corporate, transactional, tax and regulatory matters and has an excellent track record in litigation, labor and employment cases.
