Nica has counseled various businesses on commercial and tax issues. She has assisted in incorporations, share purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and contract drafting and review.
Her representative works also include handling assessments and refunds of internal revenue and local taxes, advising clients on regulatory matters, and assisting clients in proceedings before courts of all levels and quasi-judicial bodies. Nica also assists in labor and employment matters.
Nica was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College Manila in 2017. She also has a degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines Diliman and graduated as Cum Laude in 2012.
