Xela Leona Laqui

Xela is an associate at MTF Counsel, with a practice focused on general corporate matters, tax advisory and advocacy, general and tax litigation, regulatory compliance, and contracts.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Legal Management, cum laude, from Far Eastern University in 2015, and completed her Juris Doctor degree at the same institution in 2020. Xela was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
