Mary Grace S. Tejada

Grace is a Junior Associate I at Mata-Perez, Tamayo & Francisco Attorneys-at-Law (MTF Counsel). She is a CPA-Lawyer engaged in the areas of general and tax litigation, tax advisory and advocacy, regulatory compliance and corporate law. She also assists clients on a broad range of corporate matters and regulatory matters, providing practical and strategic legal support.

 

Prior to joining MTF Counsel, she worked with an Ortigas-based law firm, where she handled a diverse range of matters involving political, criminal, and civil law.

 

Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2019, graduating cum laude. She passed the CPA Licensure Examination in the same year. In 2024, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the same institution and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
