Kaeth Louis C. Estrada

Kaeth is a Junior Associate I at Mata-Perez, Tamayo & Francisco Attorneys-at-Law (MTF Counsel). She is a CPA-Lawyer with experience in corporate and tax matters, including tax advisory and advocacy, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. She likewise handles general and tax litigation, representing clients in various stages of dispute resolution.

 

Prior to joining MTF Counsel, Kaeth gained extensive experience in financial and operational auditing, with a strong focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, risk assessment, and contract review. She served as an auditor at PwC Philippines (Isla Lipana & Co.), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), and Scrubbed.net Global Services.

 

Kaeth graduated from Far Eastern University – Manila with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (major in Internal Auditing) in 2017, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2018. She passed the CPA Licensure Examination in the same year. In 2025, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from New Era University, where she was awarded Best in Taxation Law and was the recipient of the Justice Nicolas P. Lapeña Jr. Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics. Kaeth was admitted to the Philippine Bar in February 2026.
