Keshia is a Junior Associate I at Mata-Perez, Tamayo & Francisco Attorneys-at-Law (MTF Counsel). She is a CPA-Lawyer with experience in corporate, tax, and customs matters, including tax advisory and advocacy, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. She also assists clients on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a tax associate at Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Company, CPAs for a period of three years. She was able to strengthen her expertise in taxation law by rendering services such as tax advisory, handling tax assessment cases, drafting position papers, and performing tax compliance review engagements. She likewise handled various corporate services such as company incorporation and registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Keshia graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2017. She passed the CPA and CMA Licensure Examinations in the same year. In 2025, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the same institution and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in February 2026.
