Bobby is a CPA-Lawyer, who obtained his Master’s Degree in International Tax at the Harvard University, and his law and accounting degrees at the San Beda College. He is an experienced tax practitioner, having been with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for more than 23 years, where he rose from the ranks from being a technical assistant at the office of the BIR Commissioner and a Revenue Examiner, to becoming the Revenue District Officer of Revenue District Offices Nos. 49 and 50 of Makati, Asst. Regional Director (Director 1) of Revenue Region No. 2 (CAR –Baguio), and the Chief of the National Investigation Division (Tax Fraud Division) of the BIR. Thus, he is bringing with him his rich experience in tax audits and assessments, BIR ruling request reviews, and numerous technical and operational aspects of taxation.
