RMC No. 131-2022 announces the availability of offline Electronic Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms (eBIRForms) Package Version 7.9.3 downloadable from the following sites:

1. www.bir.gov.ph; and,
2. www.knowyourtaxes.ph/ebirforms

The new offline eBIRForms Package includes the following modifications:

1. Additional Alphanumeric Tax Codes in BIR Form No. 0605 to be used by international carriers;
2. Revised Terms of Service Agreement (TOSA), attached as Annex A – TOSA; and,
3. Required official e-mail address of the taxpayer to be provided in the eBIRForms profile page.
